[TN-Bird] Unusual birds near Radnor Lake

I don't normally think that our yard birds are of statewide interest, but I
can't help remarking on a remarkable collection of birds over the last few
days:

1. Continued small flocks of Pine Siskins at our window sill and other
feeders, all of them utterly approachable.

2. One Red-breasted Nuthatch yesterday, only the second I have seen in 14
years at this residence.

3. One Fox Sparrow yesterday, ditto on frequency of sightings.

4. Cooper's and Sharp-shinned Hawks, perhaps attracted by all of the above.
But today's Sharpie was very dark with white spots on the back, as if
he/she had been in a fight and came away with badly ruffled feathers. It too
was
all too approachable.
