This strikes me as a Blue Jay working on its Broad-winged Hawk imitation. I
regularly hear Blue Jays doing Red-tailed, Red-shouldered, Cooper's, and
Broad-winged Hawks. This has the same type of feel, so I think this one is
in the early stages of fine-tuning the Broad-winged Hawk part of its
repertoire.
