Hi everyone, I'm new to this list but have been reading posts here for a
while. Today I was working outside around noon when I several V formations
of geese flying too high for me to identify. They didn't have the same honk
as Canadian geese and I feel sure it wasn't those because I see them more
often flying at lower altitudes. They appeared to have brownish orange
undersides and blackish grey median under primary coverts. Did anyone else
spot them? I'm sure it's a slim chance but perhaps someone could help me
identify them.
