For what it's worth from the recording, this sounds a tad bit "sweeter"
than Worm-eating Warbler to me - more consistent (as well as location) with
Chipping Sparrow.

Best birding,

Stefan

Worm-earting Warbler is certainly still present this time of year.
Without having listened to the recording, an easy differentiator is the
habitat.  Worm-eating will almost always only be found (singing anyway) in
fairly mature forest.  Chipping Sparrows are generally not found in that
habitat.

I’ve recorded this early in the morning and some AI software I use from

I’m not sure if the Warbler is here now as several websites say it’s only
in Tennessee during it’s breeding season which does include July.
