[TN-Bird] Re: The power of water in the winter

Thanks, enjoyed the photos.  I had thought about putting out water but  
wondered whether anyone would come.  I think I'll put some out now!

After not being able to find a heated birdbath locally in  Clarksville, I 
decided to set out a small container of water this morning  before the hard 
freeze sets in for the next couple days.  Thinking that  all the feeder birds 
would immediately swarm to it I was kind of surprised  that they just kept 
eating and didn't pay the water any attention.   However, I was then 
grateful to find that a family of bluebirds had  swooped in to get a drink not 
even 
15 minutes after I first set the container  out. Couple fairly good
