I went out to the Vivrett Creek boat ramp (Wilson county) this afternoon to
follow up on Jim's report and had 4 Forster's Terns and 8 Black Terns, all
actively feeding in the deeper part of the cove.

I was out on Percy Priest Lake in Nashville today and saw at least 2
species of Tern. Off Vivrett Creek Public use area there were 4 Black Terns
and at least 3 Forster’s Terns. Earlier in the day I thought I had a Common
Tern south of the Seven Points picnic area. But when I went back past that
same area there was another Forster’s on a buoy, so I’m not confident about
the earlier sighting.
Good birding!
