State BRC acceptance happens first, generally. For the most part the national committees don't review records unless the state has accepted them, though there are occasional exceptions. It generally takes another year or two. So, no fair counting the bird on any ABA- reported list totals for another year or more!

first and last name, CITY (TOWN) and state abbreviation.
