[TN-Bird] TOWNSEND'S SOLITAIRE at Frozen Head

I just got a call from Melinda Welton who just found a Townsend's Solitaire
at Frozen Head State Park (Morgan Co.). It was on the North Old Mack Trail
at the top where the trail meets the road to Tubb Spring. It has moved but
she's working to refind it and try to get a photo.
There are only three prior records for Tennessee, one of which is also from
mid-April.
