[TN-Bird] TOS Annual Meeting Proxies

Members of the TOS Board of Directors who are unable to attend the
Board and/or Annual meeting, are reminded that they can name proxies to
vote in their place. A quorum is required in order to conduct the
Society's business. All that is needed is a written statement that can
be presented to the Secretary which contains the board member's
signature and the name of the person whom she/he has designated .
Please let me know if you have any questions and I promise to try not
to confuse you too much.
