The swan is still there as of 9:25; however, it's going to take some convincing 
for me to believe it's not a domestic bird.

There is currently a Trumpeter Swan, a Ross’s Goose and 3 Snow Geese on Joe 
Tillet Lake in Bedford County.  The swan is not in the main lake but in the 
smaller area across the road.
