This morning at Radnor Lake I saw my FOS 2 Tree Swallows and 1 Northern
Rough-winged Swallow flying over the lake. There was also a pair of
Pileateds excavating a nest hole along the road towards the west end. Two
Great Blue Heron nests are active near the point where the cormorants hang
out. And there were 10 Wood Ducks, five of which were first seen on 2/19.
It was also good to see my first blooming Dutchman's Breeches and Dwarf
Larkspur, but only a couple clumps of each. Many more to follow.
