Actually an Ovenbird doesn’t have a stripe through the eye as this bird does.
This is a Worm-eating Warbler.

The striping on the bird's head, and particularly the central orangish patch,
looks more like an Ovenbird than a Swainson's Warbler. Did you notice any
spotting on the undersides?

Today I visited Centennial Park in Nashville Tennessee. Great birds there.
Found this bird working meticulously on the ground, going through leaves. I
believe it is a Swainson's Warbler. I'm about to enter my checklist for
eBird. Going through audio recordings again but don't think I got sound -
calls or song. It was an olive- brown bird, white underneath, with a dark
eye line and brown crown. I believe it had pink legs. Could not get a good
photo but here's the best one I could get below. Just so excited to be
there with all the great warblers and birds today.
