Rick Houlk refound the Surf Scoter this morning at the Vincent Road boat ramp
in Harrison, TN.
The bird is in a mixed flock of ducks consisting of Redheads, Scaup, and female
Goldeneyes. The birds can be seen down river from the boat ramp or from Pecan
Point.
Common Loons and Horned Grebe also present in the area. The Scoter was still
being seen at this location at 2 PM.
