Radnor Lake
Davidson Co.
I enjoyed a late morning walk in the cool mist at Radnor Lake this morning.
First of season species for me included an Osprey, Tree Swallow, White-eyed
Vireo, and Palm Warbler amid the hordes of Yellow-rumps. There was also a
singing Hermit Thrush near the cane bridge on the Lake Trail, which I believe
is
the first one I've ever heard singing at Radnor Lake. The wildflowers are
spectacular, especially the dwarf larkspur.
