While working on Hwy. 89 east of Kenton in Obion County yesterday I had a few nice birds most of which were FOS birds for me: Worm-eating Warbler - sang over & over - got nice looks as well Warbling Vireo - I had this species in 3 different locations yesterday White-eyed Vireo Indigo Bunting Orchard Oriole Yesterday afternoon just up the road from my house in the Mount Orange community near Trenton in Gibson County I had my first Eastern Kingbird of the spring. Another very intersting sighting that I failed to report from last week - last Friday, April 13 at near dusk I had 3 Yellow-crowned Night-Herons flying over my yard. These were new yard birds for me. I hope to get up to the Reelfoot area in the next day or two.
