[TN-Bird] South Pittsburg Scissortails Update

A brief view on Tuesday afternoon suggested to me that the female is
incubating.  The male appeared to catch food over the football field and
deliver it to her on two occasions.  He perched on the platform immediately
adjacent to the nest between these two sorties, but he then flew out of
immediate sight.
