[tn-bird] Re: Snowy Owl

This bird has been observed by so many observers for so long, that it is
imperative that we do all that we can to stop the flushing of this Owl.
Please help if you visit the Owl by making your observations from the
car/road to the fullest extent possible.  It is now beginning its fourth
week of "birders" and "wildlife enthusiasts" who want a close look or photo.
