[TN-Bird] Short-eared Owl back in Cumberland County

Well after sunset this evening (Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2010), I found a
Short-eared Owl at Shadow Mountain Estates off Dunbar Rd. in southern
Cumberland County. This is the same location (35o 50' 17" N and 85o 02' 18"
W) where up to 3 could be found two winters ago, but where none could be
found last winter. There were 3 Northern Harriers in the area around sunset.
