[TN-Bird] Shelby Bottoms pond Madison TN

Today I noticed a Great Blue Heron with fishing line all twisted on his leg 
causing him to limp. Is there anyone who might be able to help him? He was 
close to me and as people were feeding bread to ducks he just stayed right 
there. if I had a net I could have caught him...any suggestions to who could 
help him?
