[TN-Bird] Shelby Bottoms Semipalmated Plover, Sedge Wren

Had 72 species at Shelby this morning, best birds were singing Sedge Wren and 
Lincoln's Sparrow in the field in front of the observation deck (near the 
bathouse) as well as a Semipalmated Plover found by Phillip Casteel at the 
Cornelia Fort airport pond.
