Daniel Moss:

Your discovery of a Sedge Wren nest with young at Fort Campbell today is an
excellent contribution to the breeding bird records for Tennessee.  This is
an exciting discovery.   We've had nesting on our mind in Shady Valley,
Johnson County, during the past five years after John Shumate and Lorrie
Shumate found two birds at Orchard Bog on 2 Aug 1998 and then seven days
thru 17 Aug 1998.  Of course no nest has been found.  Daniel, keep up the
tremendous field work you carry on in that part of our state.  Andy Jones
was here in August and said he talked with you at the American
Ornithologists' Union meeting.  Hang tough !!
