Hello, all

Today was my pleasure to lead the group of 28 birders who took part in the
birding walk at Radnor. It was a slow day but the weather was pleasant and
the group got some good views on a number of the migration specialties. We
had Prothonotary Warblers in good numbers today, saw a Ruby-throated
Hummingbird from the spillway bridge, a couple of
Scarlet Tanagers, a Rose-breasted Grosbeak, and a few lucky birders got a
FOS Blackpoll Warbler.

Towards the end of the walk at the Long Bridge, some of us saw mother
Barred Owl feeding a squirrel to her owlets and a black snake!

My full list of birds observed is here. I'll be happy to share the eBird
list to those who send me their username or email.
