Has anyone seen the Say's Phoebe at Hatchie NWR in the past week? Susan stopped last week and did not see it. A birder from East Tennessee wants to come see it if it's still around and I'd hate for him to waste a trip for the bird if it's not confirmed as being there lately. Thanks for any information you have.
