[TN-Bird] Sandpiper at Alcoa Duck Pond

I had reported on eBird earlier today a white-rumped sandpiper at the Alcoa
Duck Pond. Although it had good field marks for that species, it’s small
size had me
scrutinize it till it finally revealed its rump. (It never flew). It was a
semipalmated sandpiper.

Sorry for the false alarm.
