On Saturday, November 12 several Cumberland-Harpeth Audubon member kayaked
the Vivrett and Suggs Creek sections of Percy Priest Lake. We were out from
2 PM till 4:20 PM and saw an osprey, Cooper's Hawk, a couple of eared
grebes, yellow-rumped warblers, titmouse, chickadees, downy woodpecker,
pileated woodpecker, one Canada goose, many mallards, and had a flyover of
23 Sandhill cranes headed southeast.
