Thanks, Mike. The Nelson's would have been a bonus for sure! I hope the folks 
yesterday that lucked out and saw both in Mid-TN in the same day realize how 
fortunate they were! :)

Congrats Ed, great shot! I was hoping the weather wasn't as bad there as it is 
here now, with 30+mph winds. I think this shot shows the bird to definitely be 
an adult with the black throat and extensive black on lores. Wish I could get 
over, haven't seen one in TN in several years myself. Wish the Nelson's had 
cooperated for you also. Mike

I managed to get eyes on the bird a couple times this morning around 8:30 after 
an hour and a half trying.
Only other sparrows of note were two LINCOLN'S along with expected species.
As I was heading back to my vehicle I was surprised to see a rather late 
BLUE-GRAY GNATCATCHER.
Thanks to all for the reports and details, nice to add this to my Statelist.
