[TN-Bird] Rutherford Co., 2 separate Ross's Geese

Route 31A/41A south of I-840
2012 Dec. 22
This Saturday morning before Christmas I went looking for
Rutherford County birds. On Landfill road in a 1 hour wait,
I did NOT find either the FRANKLIN'S or LESSER BLACK-BACKED
GULLs. At the VA Hospital pond with CANADA GEESE was the
lone ROSS'S GOOSE previously reported by Terry Witt and
Steve Zipperer. I then went looking for the TRUMPETER
SWANs near Eagleville, but did NOT find them. On my
way back to I-840 on the west side of Route 31A/41A just
1.2 miles south of the interstate there was a good sized
manmade pond with CANADA GEESE and once again a lone ROSS'S
GOOSE.
