[TN-Bird] Ruff Phillippy Pits in Lake Co. TN

Hap Chambers has located a Ruff ( from the description I think it most  
likely a female or Reeve) in the ditch that runs north of the west end of  
Phillippy Road where it meets the Levee in Lake Co, TN. This is just a mile or  
so 
south of the KY line and just south of Lake #9 in KY. The bird is  extremely 
dark 
almost black from her views but size indicates a female. I've  seen Reeves 
with almost solidly black blotched breasts and belly. She is trying  for photos 
at this time.
