[TN-Bird] Ruddy duck at Pellissippi pond, west Knox County

Sunday, Nov. 14, I observed a single male ruddy duck on the pond at
Pellissippi State campus in west Knox County, Tennessee, floating and diving
amongst the approx. 100 Canada geese. I watched it for about half an hour
around 10:30 a.m. It was still there when I drove by around 1:30. Seemed
to be right at home.
