[TN-Bird] Rough-wg. Swallow on Bristol CBC

Roy Knispel and I saw 3 unusual species today on the Bristol CBC,
all in Sullivan Co., TN
N. Rough-winged Swallow: 1, observed closely, South Holston River,
upstream from the hwy 44 bridge; apparently this is the 4th winter record
in the state.
also:
Ross's Goose: 1, Steele Cr. Park, present for last 3 weeks.
Peregrine Falcon: 1, Paddle Cr. ponds.
