A ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK was present around and over Refuge Road this
forenoon. First photographed by Judy Bumpus, refound by myself. Hopefully
it will spend the the winter here.
A late COMMON YELLOWTHROAT was seen at the Pintail Observatory, also at
the Duck River Unit.
At Britton Ford, a female type BLACK SCOTER was the highlight today, seen
with a group of Horned Grebes.
5 LONG-TAILED DUCKS were the best birds at Paris Landing tonight.
California Gull not seen.
