[TN-Bird] River Bend at Dyers County

A quick note on the location of River Bend it is located Northwest of Dyers
County in Dyersburg we also saw some birdwatchers from Rutherford County
leaving from the boat ramp that joins River Bend and the Mississipi River also
feeds into the River Bend to water into the duck hunting field.
