Another pheasant reported from Knox County - A few days ago I received an email through the TOS web site from a woman in northeast Knox County near Heiskell who had a male ring-necked pheasant show up in her yard. The bird has been present for almost 2 weeks now and was eating birdseed scattered on the ground. There may now be a couple pheasant breeders in Knox County upset about escaped birds...
