[TN-Bird] Raptor With a Swallow Tail (Williamson Co)

8/15/10 approx. 3pm CST I saw a large raptor with a swallow-type tail
flying in Northwest Williamson County, just west of the the Flying J
truck stop in Fairview TN at I-40 and Hwy 96, as I was driving on
Fairview-Kingston Rd.

(I also saw a bald eagle being chased by several crows in this area
during the last week of Oct of last year.)
