[TN-Bird] Rankin clean up

The Rankin Bottoms Project will be sponsoring a clean up at Rankin Bottoms,
in Cocke County, on Saturday, Dec 10. It is always a "fun" thing to do
with a chance to spend time with boating and birding friends. We will be
there from 11 - 2 , weather permitting.
As always, we will provide gloves, pickers, bags, snacks and water with
help from Keep Cocke County Beautiful, but we have an additional incentive
to join us this year. A master chef from the Ruby Tuesdays' organization
has sent word that he will provide lunch for all those who attend.
I know its fairly short notice, but if you are interested, I will have to
let him know the numbers by Thursday.

As always, there will be an opportunity to do some birding on upper
Douglas Lake before and after the event.
