Lake elevation 979.5 ft Put in and took out at Leadvale ramp, padded downstream into Ten Islands, then upstream to Rankin Bottoms. At Rankin, went ashore near tipple and walked south (upstream direction) on the old railroad grade for about .75 miles, then returned to boats. The White Pelican was in the shallow cove just south of the tipple. Ten Islands: Rock Doves (9) Great Egret (27) Tree Swallows (1000+) Killdeer (10) Great Blue Heron (6) Am.
