[TN-Bird] Rankin Bottoms Ruff - no luck

9/3/11 - I was unable to locate the Ruff from my canoe today at Rankin
Bottoms (Cocke Co). I went down past the train trestle as far as the first
silo, as well as checking the main area.
Other visitors watched the area across from the RR tipple with scopes
without success.
However, we all had a great time and saw some very nice birds.
