Douglas Lake elevation: 991.8 ft. -  no mudflats, minimal shorebird habitat

The lake clean and serene after the July rains, clear skies with storms off in 
the distance, egrets flying in above the setting sun...

Wood Duck (50+)
Double-cr. Cormorant (220)
Great Egret (140)
Little Blue Heron (FOY; 5 juv.)
Green Heron (10)
Black-cr. Night-Heron (8)
Osprey (9)
Spotted Sandpiper (6)
Red-headed woodpecker (1 adult, 1 fledgling)
Prothonotary warbler
Orchard Oriole (3 juv.)
