Radnor Lake still active with migrants over the noon hour today. Overcast
cool and drizzly weather may have helped keep the trees "dripping with
warblers". From the east side over the ridge, and along the lake trail to
the peninsula, I tallied 19 species of warblers. The ridge was pretty
quiet, except for thrushes, with all four woodland thrushes present. Lake
trail very active.
Got my best looks for the year on Blackburnian and Wilson's warblers.
No rarities found. And unfortunately no sighting of Magnus Persmark, I may
have arrived too late in the day.
