Radnor Lake State Natural Area
Nashville-Davidson Co., TN
14 May 2007
This morning on the path just a few feet from the West Parking Lot at Radnor
Lake was a very active GOLDEN-WINGED WARBLER, singing and moving about.
There was also a nice male YELLOW WARBLER by the spillway bridge. He was not as
active and allowed very good looks.

Other warblers observed this morning:

Tennessee Warbler (heard, not seen)
Northern Parula (heard not seen)
Chestnut-sided Warbler
Magnolia Warbler (the most numerous of today's warblers)
Black-throated Green Warbler
Blackburnian Warbler (one singing male also visible)
Blackpoll Warbler
Black and white Warbler
Prothonotary Warbler
Ovenbird (skulking right along the lake trail)
Louisiana Waterthrush (heard--not seen)
Wilson's Warbler (by the long bridge-2nd day in a row there)
Canada Warbler (rather numerous 4+ outdone only by Magnolia)
