Radnor Lake State Park
Nashville, Davidson Co., TN
2016 July 2
7-9 am

Arrived at Radnor Lake at about 7 am this Saturday morning. Surprise of
the morning was 3 CASPIAN TERNs circling low over the lake as seen from
the dam area. By the time we walked along the Lake Trail and arrived
at the deck for a closer view, perhaps 10 minutes later, they were
gone. Also had nice eye level views of an ACADIAN FLYCATCHER and
PROTHONOTARY WARBLER. Heard a WOOD THRUSH singing as well. Thus, it was
a very nice morning walk.
