This information is available from the Audubon CBC website:
http://www.audubon.org/bird/cbc/
Just click on the "Get Involved" link and then perform a
"Count Date Search". You can enter a state and it will
list all CBCs with contact info for the compiler/organizer.
Some even allow you to register online.
