[TN-Bird] Putnam County Rusties

While working at school today (Northeast Elementary on Old Kentucky Rd in 
Cookeville), I have been able to count at least a dozen Rusty Blackbirds 
splashing about on our back playground.  They appear to enjoy the company of 
the ever-present Robins.
