I usually keep my opinions to myself in most cases, but I can't any longer with this discussion. This entire conversation I believe started regarding regulations in parks/natural areas and in dealing with an endangered bird species. Whether your dealing with the Migratory Bird Treaty Act or the Endangered Species Act isn't any animal or bird afforded the ability to recover and be protected from whatever outside factors are deemed necessary. I certainly would not pish for a particular bird if I was in the area of a sensitive species. Heck I cringe when I have to mow near my Bluebird Box. I have been a birder for over 20 years and I still learn new things all the time, especially on this list. However, I think a little tactfulness would be a good thing on here from time to time. Let's move on to new topics and sightings. There will be no further replies from me and thank you.
