Got up well before sunrise and drove over to Pickwick Dam
this Wednesday morning. A single immature BLACK-LEGGED KITTIWAKE
continues. It is easily seen from the parking area down near the
water level on the NW side of the bridge. As others have mentioned,
it generally flies pretty close to the huge brick generator
buiding below the bridge and from time to time rests on the very
low dark concrete "pier" that extends from the end of the building
and partly divides the rough water that comes through the dam
from the calmer water closer to the parking area.
