A quick trip to Knoxville, followed by a brief stop along the Dutch Bottoms
(DB) area of Douglas Lake produced the following:
Double-crested Cormorant (8 Cocke, 3 Jefferson, 3 Knox)
Great Egret (3 Cocke)
Osprey (4 on 2 nests Cocke (silos at DB), 1 Jefferson (J.M. Walters Bridge), 3
Knox (Fort Loudoun Lake at Sequoyah Park; 2 birds calling from and around nest
platform))
Spotted Sandpiper (1 Cocke)
Don Miller
Greeneville, Greene Co., TN
