Good morning birders....well here's another great article that appeared in 
today's Tennessean newspaper.   It's a good overview of how TWRA manages it's 
massive job without proper funding.
No matter your views of TWRA, it's clear that for them to continue to do the 
job they do,  we must ultimately support them.
So in that vain,  I'm here to encourage those who haven't purchased a Blue Bird 
plate to do so...it's one way we who enjoy watching wildlife can help.
