Clearly it's an icterid by the overall shape and proportions,
especially the bill. And obviously it has aberrantly colored
plumage. I'd say it is a choice between a Common Grackle and a Rusty
Blackbird, based on build and bill. It seems a bit light for a
Grackle; on the other hand is also seems a bit stout for a Rusty. It
seems long-tailed for a Red-winged Blackbird; the eye is also the
"wrong" color for a Redwing, but as everything else on the bird
except its bill and feet are also the "wrong" color for any species I
am not sure how much import to give to to eye color! I'd lean
towards a female Common Grackle, based on tail shape.

If it is associated with other blackbirds you should be able to get a
better sense of its comparative size and build and make the grackle/
Rusty distinction better.

Ah, a new image has just shown up with male grackles for comparison!
Definitely a female Common Grackle, with the blue replaced by brown
and the bronze replaced by biscuit.
