[TN-Bird] Northern Shoveler in Maryville

Yesterday, Sunday, at around noon at the greenway in Maryville, Blount 
County, Tennessee, there were only a few birds on the water, a handful of 
coots, maybe a dozen Mallards, and swimming with a pair of the Mallards was 
a Northern Shoveler, a male  I think.  My Stokes guide says that Shovelers 
only rarely "tip up" to feed, but this one was emulating his companions and 
tipping up like a Mallard.  They were in the general area of the big water 
spout above the spillway.
