Alexander from Ukraine - Great Smoky Mountains
Dear Bates,
By way of introduction – I am Alexander from Ukraine, and I will be visiting
the Great Smoky Mountains NP on August 20-22nd this year.
I enjoy birding, however my experience is fairly limited. I started last May
and have about 90 birds in Ukraine and 25 birds in South-East Asia on my list.
I am keen to watch birds in the Great Smoky Mountains on my visit there.
Naturally, I would be very pleased to watch together with an experienced local
person.
So, my question is – would you be so kind as to join me for a birding walk in
the morning of August 21st (Monday, the Solar Eclipse Day) or 22nd (Tuesday)?
Of course, I would be happy to cover the cost of your fuel and invite you for
lunch, if you do not mind.
